Type and purpose of processing

On our website we use a contact form for electronic communication with you. This is provided via the JotForm service. The data you enter will be transmitted to us via JotForm and stored.

At the time of sending your request, the following data will be processed:

  • First name, last name
  • Email address
  • Company name
  • Telephone number
  • Your message
  • Your file upload
  • Date and time of request

These data are used exclusively for the purpose of individual communication with you.

Legal basis

The processing of the data takes place in accordance with art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR, if your request is related to the initiation or execution of a contract. In all other cases, the processing takes place on the basis of your voluntary consent (Art. 6 para 1 lit. a GDPR).

If the processing is based on consent, you can revoke it at any time with effect for the future.

Consignee

Your data will be processed internally and will not be passed on to third parties.

We use the JotForm service of JotForm Inc. for our contact form. The data is stored on servers within the European Union. We have a contract processing contract (AVV) with JotForm in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR completed to ensure the protection of your data. Storage time

Data will be deleted at the latest 6 months after processing the contact.

If there is a contractual relationship, we are subject to the statutory retention periods. These are generally 6 or 10 years for reasons of proper accounting and tax requirements.
