For Sky Ridge Compounding Pharmacy in the USA, we developed a custom web-based portal that allows veterinarians to easily register, complete forms, and manage documents.

• User registration with admin approval process for account control

For PZERT GmbH, an extensive web portal has been developed that enables interaction between customers, auditors and administrators. This portal allows the exchange of files and automates the sending of role-based notifications, eliminating e-mail communication and the hassle of assigning documents to customers and projects.

The portal also facilitates scheduling with customers and promotes efficient coordination within the team. With the implementation of this platform, the communication structure of PZERT GmbH could be significantly optimized.

Development of a Progressive Web App (PWA) for managing master data and paperless processing of travel expense receipts. The aim was to automate processes, increase efficiency and reduce processing time.

The app was developed with the Angular framework and Spring Boot with Java to ensure a robust, scalable and user-friendly application.

The application allows users to select operations, book costs and photograph receipts. Using the app eliminates the need to manually scan and assign receipts, speeding up the process.

For Mr. Jürgen Eisele’s project, a specialized microservice was developed based on the powerful Spring Boot platform. This service is characterized by its ability to efficiently process webhooks from Todoist to improve user interaction and productivity.

• Webhook integration: The service is configured to respond to Todoist webhooks. Every triggered event in Todoist – such as adding, editing or deleting a task – sends a webhook to the service.
• Event-based logic: The service analyzes the type of event sent by Todoist. For this purpose, a specific logic was implemented that can detect and respond to different types of events.
• Push notification system: Based on the analyzed event type, the microservice generates customized push messages. These notifications are then sent to a background app designed specifically for this project. Sending notification requests to APNs
• Real-time Responsiveness: The service has been optimized for fast responsiveness to ensure that notifications are sent in real-time when an event occurs in Todoist.
• Scalability and maintenance ease: During development, special emphasis was placed on scalability and maintenance ease to facilitate future enhancements and adjustments.

By implementing this microservice, an efficient and seamless integration with Todoist was achieved, enabling users to manage their tasks and projects more effectively. The combination of the powerful Spring Boot platform and the customized development of this service represents a significant improvement in the management of workflows and notification systems.

For the Educational Centre of Retail (BZE), we have developed a web-based speaker portal that is tailored specifically to the requirements of internal seminar management.

• User management: Take over existing referent access including secure password hashing.
• Document management: Integration of templates for speaker declarations and contracts.
• Calendar and appointment management: Clear monthly views with appointment number per day as well as detailed daily views including confirmation and rejection function.
